From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Vicky and Katerina, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service throughout our entire stay. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a different delicious variety served every day for 11 days. The hotel is located in a quiet serene area, which was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Additionally, it is just a short walk away from Zorba beach and not far from other beautiful beaches in the area.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and hotel facilities, with a big plus for the nicely maintained outdoor dining area and refreshing pool. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect with only a short walk down to Zorba's beach and 2 restaurants. The breakfast was scrumptious with friendly and accommodating staff.

The food was excellent, and there was a massive variety of options to choose from. the beach was very close by, so we could spend the whole day tanning and swimming. The hotel staff was also quite friendly and always available to help us when needed.

Sadly, the hotel was not very well equipped for Easter celebrations, and they didn't have any special events or meals planned for the holiday. the location of the hotel was a bit out of the way, so we had to rely on public transport to get around.

The hotel provided free transportation to and from the airport, and the driver was waiting for me despite my delayed arrival. The receptionist, Agi, was incredibly helpful and showed me to my room, which was perfect. The room had a balcony, a fridge, a TV, and everything else I needed. The owner, Vicky, and her staff were warm and welcoming, especially during breakfast. The breakfast, prepared by Stella, was always fresh and delicious, with different options each day. The hotel is located in a quiet area with beautifully maintained gardens. The pool, gym, and secure parking were additional amenities that made my stay even better. Vicky and Agi were always on hand to provide advice and recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed. The breakfast served by Stella was delicious and varied every day. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. The location, close to the beautiful Zorbas beach, was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a personalized and cozy vacation experience.

The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away and the charming town center of Chania a quick drive away. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful, treating us like family. We would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back!
